The Lodestar Homeowners Association (LHOA) is a planned development that falls under California Civil Code 4400 thru 6150 called the Davis Stirling Act (DSA) and governed by an all-volunteer board dedicated to our community. While we operate to the Amended CC&R’s dated April 17, 2008 and 1977 Bylaws as Amended in 1983, they do not fully conform to the DSA. The LHOA Board of Directors make every effort to comply with the DSA and all applicable laws.
